Brawns Gymnastics is a dedicated husband and wife team, who have the children’s best interest at heart. Natalie has been involved in physical development for 14 years, with a background in gymnastics. Ashley has an Honours Degree in Sports Science from the University of Stellenbosch.

Their programme has been scientifically developed to incorporate all aspects of a child’s physical and mental development in a structured friendly environment.

The importance for a structured physical development programme:

Nowadays so much emphasis is put on the child's academic advancement, often the physical is neglected.  We at Brawns Gymnastics firmly believe that every aspect of the child’s development is of paramount importance. There is no doubt the physical enhances the intellect.

                                                                                                          Our programme involves:

Therefore, all children do class swimming, which ensures that everyone gets a chance to be in the water. We have a professional coach and parents who come during the school morning to offer assistance especially for our Learn to Swim group.
